1. How, when and why we came about.

yourGzone is an online store in the farmaceutical, organic, and natural product industry. Founded during Lockdown. Looking at the impact microplastic has on humans, water, animals, planet earth in general. The theory that it is a cancer causing factor, can be further debated and tested. Fact of the matter is that humankind has never before dealt with such a rapid poisoning element on planet earth as we know it. It is in our oceans, in our drinking water, research finding it present in the placenta of pregnant woman. Therefore, committing to end the use of plastic. Even it just be one company / corporation offering products in natural packaging only. Made from sugarcane, hemp or glass.

Completely eliminating plastic is possible. It is a process. Committing, even if your profit margins are less. So, we are proud to be associated with companies such as Twiins Ferments, committed to do everything in glass and recyclable packaging. The vision is to incorporate as many “good companies” (fighting a good cause) on one easy-to-use online shop.

Including service providers – subject to travel restrictions which government might restrict at any time, such as online veterinarian consultation and script services, custom wood / steel furniture design, manufacturing & installation, preloved goods sales, imported delicacies.

In everything, yourGzone is commit to bring the consumer a product/service that is:

1. True to its promise. (i.e. saying it is organic means no pesticides used in a radius of
50km. If the oil label says pure, the oil is pure, no additives, carrier oils, harvested from pesticide-free crops, etc.
2. Tried and tested by myself and our animals. I would not promote something we have never tried.
3. Committed to a greener earth for generations to come. Saving the planet using compostable goods, supporting recycling, etc.
4. Not only committed to money. Also being committed to the well being of the end
user, whom is paying a premium price for a premium product.
5. Committing to no plastic, even if it means higher input costs and less profits
6. Bring value to the client’s household at a sustainable cost.
7. Support Local residence. Not only farmers.

3. Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between yourGzone or any of the affiliated partners, listed under “Ask a Pro” or any other section, or any other contractor/supplier listed or referred to in any way, under yourGzone, and a customer, is only valid once payment has been made and yourGzone receives payment in full via Payfast or funds via EFT. Goods remain the property of yourGzone or any of their contractors/suppliers until payment in full for the products is confirmed and reflects as required

4. Responsibility

It is hereby confirmed that yourGzone takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the
transaction including sale of goods and services sold on our website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods. As soon as product is shipped, you will receive a waybill number. From here on out the responsibility of goods is no longer on yourGzone, but is subject to The Courier companies terms and conditions, policies and procedures. Thus, when ordering your goods, following up on order’s delivery status would no longer be the duty of yourGzone. 

5. Customer Privacy Policy

yourGzone shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us (see contact us).

6. Payment Options Accepted

Payment is made when checking out on our website through Payfast into the yourGzone bank account. For larger orders, invoices are payable through EFT into yourGzone’s account.

7. Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for yourGzone via Payfast services who use the
strictest forms of encryption

8. Customer Details and Card Details

Customer details will be stored by yourGzone separately from card details which are
entered by the customer on Payfast services secure payment terminal. For more detail on www.Payfast.co.za website.

9. Availability and Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed and delivered within 2 to 14 working days. Bearing in mind that Covid 19 restrictions severely affects the availability and distribution of products from sources such as Himalaya’s , Portugal, Italy, etc. which means back orders might take longer and could result in up to 6-8 weeks waiting period. This works on a first booked, first delivery basis, on a which a maximum back order is applied. Should you feel the wait becomes too long or you have sourced the product elsewhere, you may contact admin@yourgzone.co.za to arrange for a full refund of your purchase.

One order may come from various dispatch points across the earth. For effective logistical purposes you might receive more than one delivery per order. We currently make use of The Courier Guy, DMS, yGz as well as EPS courier services. Orders may arrive in more than 1 delivery. This all depends on cost efficiency and geographical logistics.

A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. And all other policies and procedures can be viewed at https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/terms-conditions/

You accept that, in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address that was provided with your order, signed for the delivery

10. Returns and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by yourGzone is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, yourGzone will contact you with options.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by yourGzone or affiliated suppliers. Orders cannot be cancelled if they were already dispatched for delivery. yourGzone will require a minimum of 24 hours written notice for any cancellations.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform yourGzone within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product. All damaged or broken products must be returned to yourGzone, unless arranged otherwise. If however the products are lost, broken or damaged by the Courier Company used, yourGzone can not take any responsibility for the damages. 

All consumable products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not
completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and yourGzone itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact yourGzone within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.

11. Business country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is in South African Rand (ZAR).

12. Disclaimer

It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as
possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers / their animals / plants or the environment. Although there are still some products that are packaged in plastic, we endeavour to bring you products that is free from microplastic, not harming you, your animals or plants in any way. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, yourGzone accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable / logical measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner. We therefore advise the consultation of a medical practitioner if there is ever any doubt as to the use of
the products.

13. The use of our Website

The website may be used by customers to browse through the content and products
enlisted on the website. Customers can then make legitimate purchases through the
website. Customers, persons or entities may not use this site for any purposes such as
fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.

14. Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the South African Law. yourGzone and its website chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi, for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: 33 Level street, Wentworthpark, Krugersdorp.

15. Any variation(s) to this agreement

This agreement, or any part thereof, may be changed by yourGzone, in its sole discretion, at any time without notice.

17. Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped on Tuesdays. Should lockers not be available, shipping will be attempted in Wednesdays. Parcels not shipped will be first to be shipped the following Tuesday. We deliver throughout the whole of South Africa. We use The Courier Guy. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the parcel.
