Description

Also known as the Chaya spinach is easy to keep if you have well draining soil that gets a lot of sun.

They don’t like standing in wet soil so it is important to ensure that you add some river sand if you are in a high rainfall area and you know that your soil stays wet for long.

They like full sun and are delicious and very nutritious.

They can be grown from cuttings.
