Chinese Calaloo Plant

Description

In China, this is one of the staple vegetables that are prepared with onions and tomatoes, salt and pepper.

It is tastier than spinach and highly nutritious.

You can plant it in most soil types in full sun and it is hardy and lovely to harvest from. They are self seeding and you will find calaloo all over your garden when the wind spreads the seeds. Just note that some insects also find them irresistible so you have to share.
