Description
Asparagus is nutritious and easy to grow.
They do well with tomato plants in slightly acidic soil with a lot of compost.
They do best in full sun but can handle semi shade.
They grow roots underground so be patient for your asparagus to grow and spread and once you start harvesting, you will lever have to catch your breathe when looking at fresh asparagus prices. Enjoy them fresh or steamed with some olive oil and black pepper.
